My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

✧ Once dispatched, estimated delivery times for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows. Please note delivery times are estimates, and now and then may be impacted by unexpected situations, such as postal strikes, weather disruptions or similar! UK: 2-4 business days Europe: 1-4 weeks Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks ✧ If your order doesn't arrive in these estimates, please drop me an ETSY message with confirmation of your order details, and I can look into this for you!

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

✧ Please be reassured that I do all I can to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you safely! From time to time, accidents in transit can happen and I will always do my best to resolve any issues for you! ✧ If you receive a damaged item, please pop me an ETSY message on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received. ✧ If an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer may be responsible for return postage costs.

I have a question about my order.

✧ Contact me via ETSY messages and I will aim to respond to you within 24-48 hours. Make sure to include any images or additional information if necessary, so we can resolve you query as quickly as possible! ✧ If for any reason you decide to return an unwanted item to me, please note all postage costs must be covered by the buyer, where items are received in perfect condition. Gift wrapping and packaging

✧ Gift Boxing/Bagging (depending on item) can now be purchased at checkout. Please note if you require individual gift wrapping, separate orders must be placed with payment for individual gift boxing. On multiple orders, items will be combined in one box/bag. ✧ Where relevant, stone meaning cards will be included! ✧ All subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Box/Bag style may vary depending on availability, but all will be ready to gift as the perfect present!

✧ I currently offer free worldwide standard untracked shipping on orders over £35/$35! Standard shipping does not include tracking or signature on delivery. If tracking is required, please ensure you select this option at checkout.

How do I measure my ring size?

✧ You can measure your ring size using string or similar. Wrap it around the base of your finger, marking where the string first overlaps with a pen. Then, line that up with a ruler and take down its length in millimetres. An approx conversion to UK sizing can be found below. UK Ring Size in mm; J – 48.7mm, K – 49.9mm, L – 51.2mm, M – 52.5mm, N – 53.8mm, O – 55mm, P – 56.3mm, Q – 57.6mm, R – 58.9mm, S – 60.1mm, T – 61.4mm, U – 62.7mm, V – 64mm, W – 65.2mm, X – 66.5mm ✧ Remember, due to the style of my rings, many are sized XXS, XS, S, M and L, to accommodate the stone and wrap band. For example, XS fits J/K, Small fits L/M etc. This is worth considering when deciding on your size!

All of our parcels shipping to the USA are sent via Royal Mail under a Delivery Duty Paid service. This means, that all tariffs are covered by me when a parcel dispatches, and no customs charge will be invoiced to you directly as the customer. This allows for a smooth and easy process from hand making, dispatch to delivery.
