- If your package was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and provide clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

Yes! If there's something wrong with your order I will be glad to replace it when it's a mistake from our part.

• If pictures can't be provided we won't be able to help with the issue.

We don't offer any proofs prior to purchase.

• Upon request, one proof per order will be provided with each order. Any additional proofs will incur a fee.
• The proofing process may delay production time by 1-2 business days.
• Proofs are sent through Etsy conversations.
• If we're not able to get a reply to confirm the proof in a timely manner, the order will be processed assuming the proof we provided was approved.
• Any mistakes made on our end will be 100% taken care of, either with an immediate replacement or full refund, whichever works best for the customer.

• Discounts are only valid for a limited time and it could be ended early without notice.

• Discounts can't be applied to previous or future purchases.

We offer a very wide variety of font styles. Some are very playful and with a freehanded look.
If you're unsure about the font, you may do one of the following at the time of placing the order:

• Request a font change.
Browse my shop and send a message with a screenshot or link to the font style you'd like.

• Request a proof.
Add a note to your order requesting a proof, we'll send it before printing your order.

-We only provide a proof upon request.
-1 proof is available with each order. Any additional proofs will incur a fee.

Once the order is printed we're unable to remake it for free, unless there's an error from our part.

Etsy estimates when the order is expected to be delivered based on our production time plus shipping method selected.
We're unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances.

-We CAN guarantee: We will ship your order on time or early when possible.

-We CAN NOT guarantee: When your item will arrive.
This depends 100% on the postal service and it's completely out of our control.

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT on non customized items!
We don't offer refunds.

• The return has to be approved by the shop.
Please reach out to us prior to send your item back, unauthorized returns will not be granted.

• Once we receive the item we will inspect it to make sure it's in good conditions to then process a store credit, which is valid for one (1) year.

• We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

• Any damages occurred during transit will void a refund as we will not be able to resell the product. The customer is responsible to pack the product properly to avoid damages.

• Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
