Direct to Recipient

• Inside printing is offered to allow for direct-to-recipient shipping.
• Make sure you enter the delivery address as the recipients and not yours
• Replacements will not be sent if the wrong address is supplied
• Inside printing must be accurate – errors will not be corrected.


Shipping and Processing

• Processing Time means the time to make the card = 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday)
• Shipping Time means the time Royal Mail estimate to deliver = 1-3 working Days (Monday – Friday)
• From 2026 Royal Mail are prioritising Parcels first, then 1st class letters. Timescales given are estimates, and therefore not guaranteed. DO NOT take the dates given by Etsy as gospel; they are rarely right.
• Best practice is to order cards at least 10 days prior to requiring them.
• Orders are not considered lost until 10 working days AFTER estimated date of delivery. Working Days are Monday – Friday only.
