This listing includes a printable dog tag template sheet featuring my hand-drawn 2.5" pet collars with editable names, a sheet of 2.5" pet collars with bones, hearts, and paws, which can be downloaded as a pdf and printed to cardstock, to sticker paper or to Avery 22830 sticker sheets. You'll customize the template right in your internet browser following purchase, then download it as a PDF for printing. No waiting for a proof and no special software required. Print as many activity pages as needed for your party.

See separate listing for cat party (no bones on that one). Perfect for giving each puppy a unique name for adopt a puppy birthday parties, or remove names completely before downloading and use the blank tags to allow children to name their own puppies with marker.
