The interior pocket on my bag is sewn shut. Was this done by mistake?

Unfortunately, if there is an interior pocket located behind your monogram, it will be sewn closed. If your item has an interior pocket that will be sewn shut, this information will be listed in the product description.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer customers previews/proofs of their monograms. We do have images of the individual letters of each font. If you would like to see an image of a font's letters, just send us a message.

How should I enter my monogram?

We make our monograms in first, last, middle initial order, with the last name initial larger and in the center. Here is the best way to enter your monogram: First Name: Marley Middle Name: McKenzie Last Name: Colyer Monogram: mCm

Can you embroider names, or is it just monograms?

Yes, we can embroider names instead of monograms on all of our personalized items.
