CROCHET PATTERN to make these Baby Booties in 3 sizes, with 2 Cuff Styles. PDF Format, Instant Download. Easy to understand Instructions, with photos. 7 Pages.

There are two cuff styles for the bootie. The first is a simple 2 round cuff, which is stretchy and less bulky, making it easy to get on. The fold-over cuff is thicker, looks very stylish, and has a v-back notch which makes it easier to get on than a cuff with no notch in the back because it isn’t as tight around the ankle. These can be worn with the cuff folded over, or straight up as more of a boot.

PATTERN DETAILS:

Language / Instruction: ENGLISH
Skills Level: Easy to Intermediate, due to decreases and working in rounds

SIZES:
0-3 months, 3.5” sole, 1.75” width
3-6 months, 4” sole, 1.75” width
6-12 months, 4.5” sole, 1.75” width

MATERIALS:
• Small amounts of medium #4 Worsted weight yarn in 2 colors (MC = Main Color, CC = Contrasting Color)
• Crochet Hook: Size F/3.75mm (or size needed to obtain gauge - yarn tension varies from person to person)

STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES:
• ch = chain
• slst = slip stitch
• st(s) = stitch(s)
• rnd(s) = round(s)
• sc = single crochet
• hdc = half double crochet
• dc = double crochet
• sc2tog = single crochet two stitches together (sc decrease)
• dc2tog = double crochet two stitches together (dc decrease)
• blo = crochet through the "back loop only"

Special Techniques: Instructions given for making a seamless finish (so will be no visible point at which you ended your work) and reverse joining with slst (to make a less noticeable seam).
