4. Please check carefully information for engraving and your postal address twice.
5. If you choose personalized recipe box and/or dividers, we will send you the layout for approval in the conversations on Etsy within 24 hours. If you will not answer within 24 hours, we will send your order as indicated in the layout sent to you in the conversations.
6. If you choose not-personalized recipe box and/or dividers, we will send you confirmation letter in the conversations.
7. Once your order is ready, we will ship your item and send you the tracking number.
