Once an item is shipped, delays are beyond our control. Personalization is permanent, so I cannot take returns on personalized items. If you do not provide a font or thread color with your order, it will be done in the font and thread color of my choice. If you don't like the font you chose and did not ask for an example mockup beforehand, I cannot fix, replace, or accept a return on your item. So please ask if you are unsure.

The diaper bag turned out so beautiful. The seller was super helpful and answered my questions about monogramming and fonts. I would post a picture, but I have already given it to my daughter at her baby shower. The bag was a huge hit at the shower!!!
