Can you ship directly to my Disney Resort or Hotel?

Yes! We are located in Orlando FL and can usually have decals to your Disney Resort or Hotel in just 1 - 2 days with Priority Mail! Be sure to enter your Disney Resort info in the SHIP TO FIELDS at checkout. Enter the address like this: DISNEY RESORT NAME GUEST: YOUR NAME & ARRIVAL DATE DISNEY RESORT ADDRESS CITY STATE ZIP

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS or UPS or Fedex, we will not offer a replacement. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please reach out to us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

This is the second time I ordered from this shop, the first time I did it was in 2020, so that tells you how long these skins hold up. Pretty good. Easy application (use a hairdryer to fold down and smooth out the ends). And the design is absolutely gorgeous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYTHING from this shop! Super cute thank you!! I accidently ordered the wrong size & the seller helped me when I reached out!! Also its a little difficult to apply to the joysticks but its alright, Definitely use the hair dryer tip!! Its pretty easy. The curved part of my joysticks were looking like bottle caps until I used the hairdryer!
