When will my order ship/When will my order arrive?

The current production time on most items is 1-3 business days before shipping. Delivery times will depend upon the shipping method you choose during checkout. US customers can expect their package about 2-7 days after shipping for first class and 2-3 days for priority. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Choosing priority shipping does not change the production time for your order. International orders are shipped USPS first class. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks, though orders can take up to 2 months to arrive.

My Address is incorrect, what should I do?

I ship to the address provided to me that is supplied by you to Etsy. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact me to process a cancellation of your order. You will need to reorder with the correct address. If your order has already shipped: I advise you to contact the post office of where the order is being shipped to. You may be able to get it rerouted to you. Any costs will be at your expense. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the buyers expense. Returned cake toppers due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds, only reshipment. Orders that are delivered to the incorrectly supplied address and are not returned are not eligible for replacements or refunds.

USPS tracking shows my order delivered, but I haven’t received it.

First check with any roommates or other members of your household. I advise asking your neighbors to see if your package was mistakenly delivered to them. You should also talk to your local Post Office and your mail carrier. If you live in an apartment complex, please be aware that your package could likely be too large to fit into your mail box (cake topper) and you will need to have a safe place for your item to be delivered. Orders that show delivered by the USPS are not eligible for refunds or replacements through my shop, however you can reach out to Etsy for possible reimbursement.

What is the topper made of? Is it double sided?

All of my toppers are made from high quality, single sided glitter coated cardstock. Glitter is on the front of the topper only. The back is white and sometimes there may be manufacturer printing on the back. Cardstock is a paper product and should be handled with care.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with pictures of your item(s) as well as the packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging.

International Customers: Will I have to pay fees on my order?

If ordering from outside of the US, there may be charges (VAT/customs fees/etc) due when you collect your order. I do NOT collect any of these fees and you will be responsible if any payment is due.

Do you guarantee that my order will arrive by my event date?

I cannot make any guarantees on the amount of time that your order will take to get to you after dropped off with the USPS. The majority of orders arrive in 3-5 days (within the US), though sometimes there may be issues that cause USPS to delay your package. These issues are beyond my control and I am not responsible if any order arrives past the event date. No refunds will be given on priority shipping for not arriving within the 2-3 day estimated delivery time. Packages are not considered lost until 30 days have past since shipped. If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the ship date, please contact me. (45 days for international orders)

My order was misspelled or incorrect. Can I get a replacement/refund?

I copy the text that is left in the customization box. If a mistake is made on your order by Okie Heart Studio, a corrected item will be shipped asap. If time does not permit, you will receive a full refund. If you typed the text incorrectly, I will offer a 1 time code for a discount off of a new order (the order must be for the same item). You will be responsible for the new shipping cost. No refunds will be given for mistakes in spelling that are made by the customer.

A color chart is included on all listings, however, various monitors and mobile devices can display colors differently. If you have a question about a color, please contact me.

Returns & Cancellations

Almost all of my products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Due to hygienic reasons - cake toppers/cupcake toppers are NOT eligible for returns. Mini party hats are only eligible for returns if they are unopened from the clear poly bag. Return shipping is the customers cost, and the original shipping charge is non refundable.

Set of 5 Mini Party Hats

(Figurines NOT included)

Hats are approximately 1.5 inches tall. Each hat comes with elastic attached.
The elastic is sized to fit the standard figurine as shown in the picture. I do make some slightly smaller & slightly larger, but if the elastic does not fit onto the animal - it can easily be cut off. If you prefer no elastic, just leave a message during checkout.
The elastic is placed onto these hats to hold the hats in place while in use. While it obviously has some stretch, it is tiny elastic (for tiny hats) and if pulled much too hard, it will come off. I don’t advise trying to stretch the hats onto too large figurines or wrapping the elastic until it pulls too tightly.

Colors:
I have a variety of colors & designs. You may not receive the exact hats shown in the images.

GIRLS : May include polka dots, hearts, plaids, stars, stripes, etc. in the more traditional girly prints/colors. (May include prints not shown or listed).

BOYS : May include polka dots, plaids, stars, stripes, etc. in the more traditional boy prints/colors. (May include prints not shown or listed).

MIXED GIRLS/BOYS : Will be a mix of the above.

The hats are made from cardstocks & papers that I source from various places. Some hats are made from double sided paper & will have designs/writing/etc on the inside of the hats.

Every order contains 1 hat with the tinsel trim. The trim may be gold or silver. Girl sets typically have gold trim while boy sets contain silver, and mixed sets may receive gold or silver tinsel trim. Orders over 5 may receive a mix of both silver & gold.

These hats are for decorative purposes only & are not toys.

Great variety of vibrant colors and patterns! Perfect fit for the Spidey and Friends action figures. My son lit up when he saw them and couldn’t stop smiling. Definitely reusing these next year! I ordered two packs of the boy ones. It popped in my head last minute that maybe there would be two of each hat, but was happy to see all were different and there were even some “girly” colors like purple and pink mixed in which I was happy about. :)
