Item was never shipped. I have repeatedly contacted the seller and not received communication back. However my credit card was charged. I have elevated to Etsy but have not received help or communication back from Etsy at this point.

I ordered my item on Feb. 11th for a retirement gift. It’s March 3rd and I haven’t gotten it. Have messaged seller 3 times. No response. Credit card has already been charged.
