I ordered a personalized Sash and the one I received was with a generic Class of 202 message. When I contacted customer service, they were kind, apologized for the mix up, and asked what it was exactly that I wanted. When I received my new Sash I noticed it was stained with something and the letter had weird indentations. I am upset because I ordered this as a gift. I know that mistakes happen but now I’ve postponed giving my graduation gift to my friend in hopes that of receiving exactly what I ordered in the first place and now that I have that at a lower quality. Should have just stuck with the 1st one. Will not buy from this seller again.
