Not what I was expecting or as pictured. Fringe glued on and falling off sides when it arrived. Unable to use as intended or had wanted.

You got the exactly what was in the picture, I even added a parasol carrier and earrings as an extra surprise. I sent you an additional picture before sending to confirm and one of the package when I sent it. A month later after you took your parasol to an event, you tried to return it. When you clearly damaged it at the event. The feathers were sewn on, not glued. Now it has been 3 months since your original purchase just to leave a bad review since you were not successful at scamming me. Even Etsy rejected your false claims towards me. It’s sad you are finding every way to harass and make false accusations on a small business.
