1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement.

PERFECT!! Got this for my husband for fathers day and he isn't much of a gift person (but I love giving him gifts anyway) but he LOVES this! He was very happy. The packaging was great too to make sure it didn't break being delivered. Was happy I got it when I did though because it took exactly a month to get here but overall, I am extremely pleased with the product!
