"Bluebird Bliss" is a giclee print reproduction of an original watercolour painting by professional artist Brazen Edwards, using Epson Ultrachrome professional archival ink printed on Somerset Velvet, which has the look and feel of watercolour paper or can be printed on gallery stretched canvas in a variety of sizes.

The male Mountain Bluebird is a breathtaking brilliant sky blue. After working the fence line for some time, the Mountain Bluebird may disappear over the next ridge or clump of trees, leaving behind a soft warbling song. One of the neatest things is that they will sometimes obtain their food by hovering in the air a metre or more above the ground in a hawk-like manner, as it searches the earth below for food. No other member of the thrush family does this so it's quite a sight to see!

I'm thrilled when one of my pieces finds a special home to live in, but if you don't see something you like, I do custom artwork as well! I also provide gift certificates for that special someone or occasion in mind.

Please be advised that each computer monitor is different and colours may vary. A photo can never do a piece of artwork justice, but I try my best to have it represented online as accurately as possible.
