Can you ship directly to my Disney Resort or Hotel?

Yes! We are located in Orlando FL and can usually have decals to your Disney Resort or Hotel in just 1 - 2 days with Priority Mail! What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

If your package shows "delivered" on the tracking page via USPS or UPS or Fedex, we will not offer a replacement. We highly recommend that you contact the delivery company and see if they can provide further details as to where the package was left at your address. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please reach out to us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

Shipped exactly as described on the order page, product had minimal folding but it is trying to get something flat on a rounded surface, so I'm attributing that to user error, lol. Overall really nice and high quality image (just make sure the image you send is high quality to begin with)
