Personalized and Eco-friendly wooden coasters perfect to help celebrate any occasion! They are excellent for save the date announcements, custom wedding favors, wedding decorations, family reunion mementos, or custom party favors!

Using a state-of-the-art Epilog Laser engraver and 100% Solar Energy, we handcraft each of our wooden coasters with beautiful, all-natural, Live-Edge Aspen wood slices that we collect ourselves from the Mountains of Northern New Mexico.

Dimensions:
Our custom engraved coasters are between 3.5" and 4.25” in diameter depending on the design by 3/8" to 1/2" thick, which is a great size to place any size water cup, coffee or tea mug, water bottle, can, or glass bottle. It also makes a nice size for a rustic wall hanging. Please let us know if you want the coasters to be a specific size and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*How do I place an order?
1. Select the quantity of engraved coasters you want from the drop-down menu. If you need a custom quantity, please contact us so we can accommodate you.
2. Select which finish you want from the second drop-down menu.
3. Fill out the sections to add your Personalization including: the design or designs you want engraved, the font style, upload any files if applicable, and include any additional details about your order. (If you want holes drilled for ornaments, please let us know and we will do them for no extra cost.)

*Can you add a custom graphic or logo to the coasters?
Yes, we can add your custom logo or design to the wooden magnets. You can either upload your file(s) when you place your order or email them to me at fruitfultreewood [!at] gmail.com. If you need help creating a design, I am a skilled and seasoned graphic designer and would love to help create your vision. Please message me to get started!

*Will you send me a mock-up before creating the final coasters?
Yes, once we have the details for your order, we will send you mock-up and possibly pictures of a sample coaster for your approval and then make any changes necessary to ensure you are completely happy with the final design.

*Do the coasters come with any kind of finish applied?
We give the option to order the coasters with “No Finish” or with a “Natural Oil Finish” added. We can also add Polyurethane to the coasters if you would prefer, just let us know at check-out.

*What is the difference in the Finish Options?
The finish is really a personal preference. The oil we use is an all-natural tung oil which darkens the wood and brings out the natural colors and grain patterns. It is water-resistant and adds an extra level of protection to the engraving and the wooden coasters. We also give the option for "no finish" if you want the coasters to be lighter in color or even add your own type of finish. Some people prefer to have no finish on the coasters because then the wood can fully absorb moisture from a glass and prevent any damage to the surface below. In the end, the choice is yours.

*Are the coasters Eco-Friendly?
Yes, the wood slices we make our coasters with are all-natural and eco-friendly. We sustainably collect all of our wood from the Mountains of Northern New Mexico ourselves. By utilizing the wonderful, natural New Mexico Sunshine, we run our shop with solar energy to cut, cure and finish each of the wood slices, making them even more eco-friendly.

*Do you offer a discount for ordering in bulk?
Yes, just select the quantity you want from the first drop-down menu. We give a discount per coaster the more you order! If you want a custom quantity of engraved coasters, please contact us we can accommodate your request.

*Do you have other sizes available?
Yes, we have different sizes available. Since we collect, cut and finish all the wood ourselves, we can usually accommodate any custom size requests. We can make the coasters smaller or larger in diameter or thicker or thinner. Please contact us so we can discuss the details with you.

*Can you make these coasters into hanging ornaments or refrigerator magnets?
Yes, we can add holes to make the coasters into engraved wall hangings or ornaments, or we can add magnets to the backs to make them into large refrigerator magnets. We also have smaller engraved ornaments and magnets available, please contact us or check out more of our listings to see the options that we offer.

*When will I receive my order?

Please check out our current processing times which can vary between 1-4 weeks during the Holiday Season. We do our best to ship orders within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase at your chosen shipping speed. For example, if you choose Standard USPS Ground Shipping (3 - 5 days) at Checkout, you can expect to receive your order within 10-19 days (excluding Weekends and National Holidays). If you need your order sooner, you can select a faster shipping speed at checkout and please let us know right away, and we will do what we can to push your order ahead so it can arrive on time.

One Final Note:
Please keep in mind that these wood slices are 100% organic and natural wood, collected by us from the mountains in New Mexico. Over the course of their life, they have been subjected to all kinds of wild conditions, which gives them their unique shapes, colors and grain patterns. No two are exactly alike. We take the time to properly cure each round to prevent cracking or warping, however, if you live in a climate different than New Mexico, some cracking or warping may still occur. In addition, each wood slice has been cut by hand so there will be slight differences in the thickness of each of them.
