Do you provide a tracking number for my order?

All orders are shipped using standard letter-post with Canada Post, unless an upgrade is purchased during checkout. If you are purchasing from within Canada or from an international destination excluding the United States, you have the option with regular lettermail to select tracking (i.e. Registered Mail) at an added expense. The Xpresspost shipping upgrade is also available for purchase to Canadian residents. Please note that Canada Post does not currently offer a tracking option for letter-post to the United States. If you are a United States resident and you wish to track your shipping, you will need to pay for either the Tracked Packet or Xpresspost upgrades.

Custom and personalised orders

We may be able to accommodate custom orders depending on the specifics. Please send inquiries to us directly through Etsy or through benevacreations@gmail.com.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes, we may be able to combine orders so that you can save on shipping IF your request is made prior to our final processing of your first order. Please do not assume that multiple orders will be combined until you have received acknowledgement from us that we are able to complete your request. Please understand that combining multiple orders may require us to add additional processing time to your original order. Please contact us with inquiries. Thank you for understanding!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted if the request to cancel is made within 1 hour of purchase. To keep our processing times speedy we are unable to accept cancellations beyond 1 hour after purchase.

Why has my order not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame?

The shipping estimates listed in our shop are based on information supplied by Canada Post. These are estimates and Canada Post does not guarantee that shipped items will arrive exactly within the time specified. National holidays, customs processing, covid-related transportation delays and seasonal holidays can add additional time to any shipped order. Once an item has shipped from our shop, it is out of our control. If your order goes missing during shipping we cannot be held liable. To avoid such circumstances, you may want to consider selecting the tracking upgrade (at additional cost). If you are unfortunate enough to encounter this scenario, please let us know.

Can we sell to customers who reside in Germany?

Yes! Our business, Beneva Creations, is registered and in full compliance with the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register - ZSVR) under registration #DE4973103247261. We currently have a system participation agreement with Reclay Systems GmbH to fulfill our package licensing requirements under VerpackG. The Packaging Act is intended to promote the reuse and recycling of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard, paper, plastics, etc.), and it is a requirement of online retailers. We ask that our customers please ensure all packaging materials received from Beneva Creations are sorted and submitted for recycling with the appropriate local facilities.

Each sheet measures 2 7/16 x 4 inches (6.2 x 10.2 cm) and is printed on non-removable premium white matte adhesive paper. Actual colours may vary slightly from what appears online due to differences in computer monitors and settings.

All items are shipped as letter-post and are protected by a cellophane sleeve and chipboard.

Please note that Etsy has removed the tax tool from registered Canadian sellers, so GST/HST will not be automatically calculated and represented on your purchase. We are now required to include GST/HST within our product prices. For now, we have decided to increase our prices by only 5%, which covers the amount of GST nation-wide that we are responsible for collecting and remitted to the CRA on each item. For provinces that have a higher sales tax rate due to an HST, we will be submitting that extra percentage out of our profits. For provinces that have a PST, we are told that Etsy will automatically add the PST when you checkout.
