Another Debba Do's Original design--I printed out my round paper design, attached it to banner flags, and then fastened everything on jute twine. Big 8" white foam snowflakes add a snowy appeal and just a hint of sparkle in between each of the words, "Baby, It's Cold Outside". The banner measures 73" wide with some extra twine on both ends, and the banner part measures 11" long with 8" snowflakes.
