✅ Printing Questions/Options

Order prints for most sizes right through the Corjl dashboard. Depending on the design, it can be printed at home, at a local print shop, or online. Keep in mind that it's best to have the darker templates professionally printed. You'd use a lot of ink when printing from home. Professional printing will produce higher quality results. If you'll be printing at home, choose white card stock. Our designs cannot be printed on black or dark stock. For professional printing, I recommend Prints of Love. ✅ How Does this Work?

Most of our templates have been created with Corjl, which is an online platform that's free for the customer to use once they've purchased a template from our shop. Once you place your order, you'll receive an email sent from Corjl to the email address associated with your Etsy account within about 10 minutes. Please do not use Apple Pay or it will prevent you from receiving your access email. From there you'll be able to log in to Corjl, edit, save and download your design. If you expand the listing details for each item, there will be a link that you can copy and paste to try the template out before you buy it.

✅ Can I Send Digitally via Text, Email, Facebook, Paperless Post Etc?

If you'll be sharing digitally, simply download as PNG or JPG format, which are perfect for sending via text, messenger, email etc.

✅ How Do I Print my Invite?

If you'll be printing, JPG and PNG format are the most commonly accepted file type for printing services. Remember to select "Show Bleed" when downloading to prevent excessive cropping during the printing process. Some printing services will require the 2 per page PDF version. Simply select "Show Bleed" and "Show Trim" when downloading so the print shop can hand cut the invitation from an 8.5x11 inch sheet of card stock.

✅ Can I Change the Background or Resize my Template?

Please keep in mind that the background graphics or template size cannot be resized/edited by the customer.

✅ Do You Have Alternate Colors or Coordinating Items?

We do offer alternate colors and coordinating items for some of our party themes. For many of our listings you can find links to coordinating items and alternate colors by expand the listing "Item Details" from mobile or "Learn More about this item" on a computer. If we don't have the color theme you're after, we're open to suggestions. If there's a coordinating item you're after that you're not finding. Please send us a message and we'll see what we can do for you.

✅ Can You Edit for Me?

If you'd prefer for us to edit for you, we'd be happy to do so. Due to the influx of requests, we've hired staff to help and the editing fee covers part of these expenses. ✅ My Order Hasn't Arrived. How Do I Find it?

It can take up to 10 minutes for Etsy to communicate your order with Corjl. Please check your Etsy email to make sure that you're checking the address that matches what you have set in your Etsy account. Please keep in mind that Apple Pay / Apple ID blocks Corjl from sending your order email. You can also enter your order number directly at https://www.corjl.com to access your template. If you can't access your order after 10 minutes, please do send a message back and we'll have a look to see if there are any issues. Thanks so much for the order!

✅ Can You Create a Custom Design for Me?

We're super booked for custom orders until further notice. However, we'll put your request in our queue for Susan to review. She'll respond and send a message back with a timeline for availability. Our templates vary in complexity, so if it's a simple change, we'd be happy to do so.

The design is very nice, however I did not particularly care for the template/interface that was used to create the design; it was not easily modifiable. I think there should be an option to use a more user-friendly program, and for the invitation to be sent through regular email instead of having to use an additional site to access it.
