Q: Can I wear the pendant all the time, swimming, showering, etc.? A: No. We recommend for our wood jewelry to be removed before showering, swimming, workouts and before bedtime. If continuously exposed to moisture the lacquer that covers and protects the pendant against discoloration will eventually wear off. Some of our pendants are more fragile than others. Wood is a natural material that can break when dropped on hard surfaces or if pulled forcefully, therefore all our wood jewelry should be handled with care. Do not use any chemicals to clean the product. If absolutely needed, use warm water, wipe it down immediately after, and let it air dry away from direct sunlight.

Custom and personalized orders

Q: Can I have a pendant personalized? A: All our wood products are finished and ready to ship, and cannot be personalized/engraved with names, numbers, etc. Q: Do you do custom orders? A: We do not do custom orders.

All our wood pendant necklaces are ready to ship; they cannot be resized or customized in any way.

I am located outside of United States. Do your prices include VAT, and/or import taxes?

For customers located in EU, UK, Australia, VAT charges are displayed and added at checkout, as long as the order does not exceed $200.00. Etsy collects and remits the VAT paid to the respective authorities. For any other locations, or higher amount orders, you will be responsible for any associated VAT, import and handling taxes that are levied by your government or postal service.

Yes, the products you see in our shop are the products we are selling, as presented and described at the time of purchase. Please note that our products are one-of-a-kind. After one product sells, it will be replaced in a day of two with a new one, hand carved in the same style and same type of wood. However, because the grain pattern varies and cannot be identically reproduce, it will look different than the one we have for sale now. The old images will be replaced with new ones, always accurately representing the product we are selling.

This original design, unisex, reversible, three-dimensional grizzly bear pendant is hand carved in Cocobolo, an exotic hardwood that originates from Mexico, a wood highly diverse in colors and patterns, making this wearable art pendant unique and one of a kind. This particular exotic wood tends to darken over time, therefore by the time you will receive this pendant the wood might have settled into darker reddish-brown tones. The pendant is sealed with multiple layers of glossy wood lacquer that add a lot of shine to the piece.
