I downloaded my files but cannot locate the SVG

Windows automatically converts SVG during download to an alternate extension. Please check your download package.

How do I download my files

Here is a great resource: https://www.digitalmomblog.com/open-zip-file/

How do I upload my images to design space?

This is a fantastic resource, details begin at 8 minutes in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkT-45P60Ic

I expected to see the image in pink, green, etc.

The primary use for these files is Cricut, which allows the end user to designate the vinyl color of his / her choice.

I am receiving a "file corrupted" message

This is a common issue with MAC and I honestly do not know why. All of our files are safe for download and use.

Please check your download and re-export if necessary.
