You can see the processing time on the product information (estimated arrival) ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS We will send you the digital preview and begin production once we have your confirmation. As a small business, we produce and ship once a week to manage our workload and reduce environmental impact by consolidating shipments. If you’re ever in a hurry, we recommend checking your messages regularly, as we might be waiting for your confirmation to proceed with production. If we do not receive your confirmation about the design proof within a few days, we will proceed with production based on our experience and your needs to avoid delays on your order as well as other customers' orders. Once the stamp is made, changes won’t be possible.

NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS Sent with non-tracked international airmail except for Spain and USA, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it. ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.

Non-custom stamps and ink pads with non-tracked shipping

Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail except to Spain and USA. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order. If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information. The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. Etsy will show the estimated delivery time according to our processing and shipping times, please check this information. Keep in mind: shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push this date. *If you have a tracking number, the errors with the tracking number depend on the courier. If you have some questions send us a conversation.

US customers tariffs and customs

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will no longer apply the de minimis exemption for imported goods. This means orders shipped from outside the US may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. With standard shipping, there are no extra fees at delivery. Taxes and customs handling are already included and prepaid in your order. If you choose express shipping, customs fees are not prepaid. US Customs may charge import taxes (around 15% of the product value) plus a handling fee of about $15. These fees may vary depending on regulations. Any customs fees are collected by US Customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Thank you for supporting our small shop :) We are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, we are working on it!

This custom logo stamp will be your best friend for custom paper cups. A simple custom stamp to customize paper coffee cups, teacups, and every takeaway package.

TIP! To print the stamp on a paper cup you have to roll the stamp over the cup following the cup curve, as you can see in the video. It is very easy!

Also, you can use this custom logo stamp for creating your pretty packaging, and stamp your brand wherever you want: on tags, stickers, labels, bags, envelopes, invoices...

All our stamps are made with an artisan process and high-quality photopolymer, a great material to get clean detailed prints. We mount our stamps in natural pine wooden blocks from local providers. We believe in controlled and sustainable production.

Hayley Jun 24, 2026

Beyond pleased and impressed with our stamp! I went with this brand because they specifically called out that it could work on a coffee cup (as opposed to flat surface sleeves, bags, etc.) and even had a how-to video - still I had my doubts it would work well! And yet, the stamp and its functionality far exceeded my expectations!! Norma and Carlota were so lovely to work with and helped me get the art just right. Super grateful! Thanks to the team!
