How long do you take to ship your Listings?

I will ship most items within 1 to 3 working days from when I receive your order. Some wood items are only finished once I receive your order and these can take around five business days. Each listing will show the estimated ship date and delivery date that can be different for each listing. If you need your item sooner, send me a message before or after you place your order and I will do my best to meet your timeline. Once your order is ready to ship I will send you the USPS tracking number through Etsy so you can track your delivery online.

Where are your listing items made?

Everything listed in my Etsy shop is designed and made to high quality standards right here in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. I only sell my own designs that have their own style and are different to what you will find elsewhere. All raw materials are sourced from US vendors. I do not source cheap low quality materials or finished copycat products from Asia.

Do you use recycled shipping materials?

The shipping box and bubble wrap covering your purchased item are always new materials. I will sometimes use recycled brown paper, bubble wrap, foam and air bags as filler material to stop the product from moving around in the box. If you would prefer to receive your order in a 100% recycled box and packing materials (except tape) please let me know through Etsy messaging after placing your order. The use of recycled materials will always depend on their availability at my studio when I ship the item and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I order a custom art print ?

Tell me what you are thinking and I will let you know if it is possible. I can produce a special print just for you or a collection of prints using your favorite colors, favorite theme or style, or a special frame size and resolution in pixels. I can also provide digital prints in special file formats. Let me know what you want and I will provide pricing and details. I will be happy to create a custom print with your participation and input. I can also create custom art for clothing fabric, scarfs, wallpaper, large architectural murals, packaging, web design, tee shirts, cellphone cases, mugs etc... The possibilities are endless and I would be glad to help you achieve your vision.

How can I frame my print?

Option 1: Use standard size frames purchased from any arts & crafts store or Etsy. These affordable frames have a wood, aluminum or plastic frame and either a glass or acrylic window depending on price. These DIY frames do not require tools and you can easily frame it yourself over a table in a few minutes for a very low cost with good results. Good for more casual decor. Option 2: Frame professionally at an art frame store and select a custom frame style, color and window pane material. You can also add a mat (white border) around the print and use a larger frame size for greater impact. For example, if you use a 2 inch white mat around my 16x20 prints you can use a larger 20x24 frame size. More refined and professional results.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, I have shipped items across Europe, UK, Asia and Oceania and will ship to most countries. If you are not able to order my items from your country please contact me because I might need to adjust my shop settings to allow sales to your country. Europe sometimes has special regulations so please contact me if you are having trouble to view my items or complete your purchase.

If I buy more than one item will you charge multiple shipping fees?

Etsy usually assumes that each purchased item will be shipped in a separate box and charges a separate shipping fee for each item on your order. If I can package multiple items in a single box there will be a savings in shipping costs and I will refund the savings to whatever method of payment you used. For example, I can fit several of my metal stands in a single box so if you order more than one unit I will ship them in a single box and pass on savings to you. If you arrived at my Etsy shop after clicking on an (unsolicited) external advertisement such as Google or Facebook I cannot guarantee this refund since Etsy will be charging me an additional 12% advertisement fee on the total price of your order (item + shipping).

Can I Order Custom Items?

Yes, wood finishes such as stain colors and paint colors can usually be customized to meet your needs. Custom 3D printed products are also easy to do. Metal finishes are generally more costly to customize. I can design custom products using computer CAD system to suit your needs including for commercial purposes. Contact me with a brief description of what you want. Custom orders have a customization fee that varies depending on the changes requested and purchase quantities. I can also design new custom products from scratch just for you to fulfill your needs or vision. For custom products I will create a custom listing specifying the details so you can order it through the normal Etsy buying process.

Do the art prints fit standard frame sizes?

Yes, all prints are cut to standard paper sizes in inches for the US market so you will find many standard frames available at arts & crafts stores, big box stores and framing stores. For example, my 16x20 inch prints are cut to exactly 16x20 inch paper size and will fit frames sold for 16x20 inch prints. Let me know if you want a print in a special paper size.

◙ Baltic birch. This premium grade of birch hardwood plywood is harvested in Russia and Finland and commonly used for sporting equipment, musical instruments, aircraft and toys. Shaped and sanded to a smooth finish before applying a black water-based stain followed by several coats of water-based clear coat finish. These finishes were carefully selected for their low volatile organic compounds (Low VOC) so the finished product is safe and free of odor. This beautiful satin finish is user friendly and very durable.

◙ Aircraft Grade aluminum alloy is used for the two supporting "feet" and two front "hands" for strength and beauty. I machine them on the lathe and polish to a smooth finish.
