Basically, most personalized print and invitation suites are unable to proceed with rush production. Please ask us for details prior to ordering.

Can you provide a digital file if I order physical copy or if I purchase it as a digital file only?

We will start to print and production immediately and will ship most orders within 5 business days for non-personalized items. Personalized items and custom orders will vary the processing time. The shipment is not made yet and within 24 hours from your order made, we are able to cancel your order for any reasons, please contact immediately if you should cancel your order within 24 hours from order made. After 24 hours from time of order, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee and the shipment won't be made. If you contact us for cancellation after shipment is made, the cancellation is not able to be accepted, since once the package is leaving from our end, the whole process is not out of control.

We love our vellum and wax seals. They are super luxe and arrived well wrapped. We assembled our invitations ourselves and it was very easy to apply the wax seals. We’ve already gotten compliments on how beautiful our invitations are. We ended up ordering more and the shipment was super fast. Price is also very reasonable especially when combining with online paper invites.
