SunEE Inc. accepts the exchange of unworn merchandise in salable condition within 7 days of the original ship date. Buyers need to include $6 (US mail only) $15 (Canada only) with the return items for the shipping cost of the new size items. How do I return or exchange a product?

Please contact us first and state the reason for the return/exchange item, so we can provide a return authorization number. Package each item separately in each zip lock bags to avoid scratches and package it in a bubble mailer. Get insurance since items lost in the mail is non-refundable. How to Care Best your Simulated Diamond and Silver Jewelry
