Standard shipping generally takes 2-4 business days to be delivered. We ship from Michigan, so locations in the Midwest and East Coast are usually 2 days. The South, and Mountain regions are normally 3 days, and the West Coast is 3-4 days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

We are unable to ship our products with anything other than standard shipping.

Yes! We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories; however, due to the higher shipping costs items shipped to those locations they have an additional $40 shipping fee. This shipping option must be selected during the purchasing process for items with a delivery address within any of those locations.

If you change your mind about our product, we do accept returns for any reason within 45 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and personalized products will be charged a $25 restocking fee as we cannot reuse those materials.

Returns must be sent back in original condition and in the original packaging. Once the return is received a credit for the refund amount will be automatically applied to the original form of payment. You will receive an email with details of the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to process.

We begin working on your order immediately once it is placed. If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is placed.
