Wow! Great customer service. I requested orange thread in the backpack which wasn't listed, but they were able to accommodate. The backpack and lunch bag are absolutely perfect and I am glad I went with the color combo I did for my toddler's first day of daycare. They will last a long time and are high quality. (Sometimes custom items are pretty but not durable but this serves as functional too). I was super excited about this purchase and glad it matched the description. Additionally, the turnaround for processing and shipping was speedy which is a great plus! I ordered it less than a week ago! Thank you thank you!
