Are items cleaned before shipping?

Yes — items are lightly cleaned before shipping to remove loose dust and make them presentable. Glassware is hand washed using gentle soap. I don’t do deep polishing or intensive restoration, since vintage preferences vary (some buyers prefer the original patina or finish). You’re always welcome to do any additional deep cleaning once the item arrives.

What condition are your items in?

All items are vintage/secondhand and are in pre-owned condition. Signs of age, wear, and prior use are normal. I do my best to describe each item accurately, and I photograph and note any specific flaws in the listing (chips, cracks, staining, etc.).

Do you reserve or hold items?

At this time, I’m not able to place items on hold or reserve them.

Do you accept offers?

Yes — I’m open to reasonable offers. Feel free to message me through Etsy with the item you’re interested in.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Since all items are vintage and secondhand, please read descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing. That said, I want you to be happy with your order. If anything arrives damaged, or if there’s an issue that wasn’t represented in the listing, please message me within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll do my best to help.

Can I cancel my order?

I accept cancellations only if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel, please message me as soon as possible through Etsy Messages. Once an item has shipped, I’m unable to cancel the order.

How long does shipping take?

I offer free shipping within the United States and ship orders via USPS. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I do not ship internationally.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order is shipped, I’m not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If there is a problem with tracking or delivery, please message me and I’m happy to help you troubleshoot and provide any information needed for a USPS claim.
