Do you ship to my country?

I only ship within Canada. Due to tariffs, the end of the de minimus, and other increased fees and regulations, I do NOT ship to the USA right now. Hopefully this changes soon.

Is your studio smoke free or pet free?

My studio is smoke free. My studio is NOT pet free. I have cats. I do store all items I make in clean, cat free storage locations once I make them.

Are your items handmade?

I hand make most of the items in my shop. I use production partners for materials (like a fabric printing service, or a card printer) for some of my items. I design, brand and package all products and orders in my artist's studio. You can always read each item's description to see how each item is made. My dolls are all completely sewn by me, in the studio. I do not use A.I. or drop ship any items.

I need help with digital files.

You can access your download in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account. Usually it is a ZIP file, which will include all the pages or images included in the listing. Once you have download it, you can double click (or click, or extract, depending on your computer or iPad) and all the files will be included in the folder that appears. If you are having trouble accessing your files, please feel free to reach out by clicking 'Help with Order" beside your item on the "Purchases" page of your account. These images are Personal Use Digital Artwork created by Tara Fortin. This means that you can use the images for personal projects, but you cannot use them to make items to sell.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am happy to wrap your gift for you! I have a gift wrapping add on available at checkout. I will wrap your item in cute paper, ribbon and add a little card with your name and gift message. You can have your item shipped right to your friend! If you have any special instructions or questions, please feel free to send me a message and we can make sure its perfect for you.
