What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

While we always try and pack items very carefully, packages can be mishandled during shipping. All of our priority shipped items are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged then please take it to your local post office and file an insurance claim. They will need the item in its original shipped packaging along with the packing receipt that shows the value of the item. Please do not return ship the item to us because the claim needs to be filed as soon as the item is received damaged, and it needs to be filed at the post office that delivered the damaged item.

This is a nice bamboo tea box with a faux marble plaque on the front. The marble has a scene painted on it. The inside of the box is wood and has had silver foil - some of the foil is flaking (see photos.) The bottom still has the original red tag marked "Peoples Republic of China". The box is in great vintage condition and ready to use to store your favorite things.
