Can I change the size of the templates?

If you have a free account in Canva then you'll need to purchase my resize listing (1 purchase per resize): www.etsy.com/uk/listing/830541739 and I'll make the size change for you and supply you with a new link!

For label printing I recommend using Avery.com or Onlinelabels.com their print quality is great, they're easy to use and they have plenty of material options. Label codes for Avery.com & Onlinelables.com are supplied with each template (see CANVA_TEMPLATE_LINKS.pdf) If you'd prefer to print your labels yourself, that's completely achievable though I recommend using a 'print-layout' (use the one from the company who supplied the labels). For thank you card, gift card etc I would recommend using a company such as Vistaprint whose machines can handle thicker materials (and their print quality is usually better than home printers too).

How do I download my purchase?

After purchasing you can access your downloads via the Etsy Purchase page: DESKTOP From the main page in Etsy look up to the right at your circular profile picture, click on it you'll get a drop down. From this menu select 'Purchases and reviews'. Find the purchases from my store and to the right of it there'll be a 'download files' button. Click that to download all the files. ETSY APP. Unfortunately due to limitations of the Etsy App you're not able to download files directly at the moment. To download just sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser and then follow the steps above. If you have any questions regarding downloading your purchase just send me a message.

Can you make the changes for me?

Yes, if you like one of my templates but don't have the time or confidence to edit it yourself just send me a message and for a minimal fee I'd be happy to help you out.

Can you print these for me?

I'm sorry at the moment I don't have the facilities to offer printing. For my recommendations on how and where to get my templates printed check out the 'How do I print?' above

Can I add my own logo/change colours/change fonts?

Yes to all three! And it's very easy... With each of my templates is a Canva help guide that will show you how to do all of these things plus gives you plenty of other helpful tips and tricks. Canva has a library of tons of fonts, some are pro-only but I only use the free ones in my templates so you don't have to worry about ever paying any extra!

Can you do custom designs?

Yes, I'm always happy to create custom designs for customers, it's something I do quite frequently. Just send me a message with what you're looking for - I usually respond pretty quickly.

Where is my download?
