Information Needed: Names as wanted on the label Date: as wanted on the label Event Date: Required for Proper Delivery Quote: (such as Spread the Love) Per our license we are required to send all jars with either a generic or personalized label. We do NOT ship jars WITHOUT labels. Label Design Proofs are provided on request ONLY Emails are answered within 24 hours M-F and may take a little longer on the weekends. We do communicate via Etsy ONLY. Orders may require additional information after purchasing please check your Etsy convos for any updates.

Processing and Shipping of Your Favors

To ensure freshness of your perishable item we do ship so that favors arrive about 1-3 weeks prior to event dates. During peek wedding season May - November favors will ship to arrive about 1-2 weeks prior to event dates. To ensure you receive the freshest favors we do ship as close to each event date as possible. We do require a minimum of 2-4 weeks processing time and during peek season processing times can be longer (6-8 weeks.) Please provide the ACTUAL EVENT date to ensure proper processing. A RUSH FEE is required if needed in less than 3 weeks. Shipping upgrades are available to 2day or Overnight with our Ultra Rush Fee.

How Are My Favors Shipped

We do ship Monday - Friday via UPS or USPS. If your order is scheduled to ship on a weekend it will be shipped the next business day. We do REQUIRE that you provide the ACTUAL EVENT DATE to ENSURE proper delivery. Tracking Numbers are provided via your purchase on Etsy and updates are sent directly to the email provided at the time of purchase. Updates are available directly from the shipping carrier for an accurate delivery date. Favors are wrapped in bubble wrap and cradled with recyclable packing peanuts to ensure your package arrives safely on your doorstep! All packages are shipped with insurance. Packages are monitored until they are marked Delivered.

Incorrect Address Information/Returned Package

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If returned due to incorrect address information we are not responsible to re-ship a new order. A new order will need to be purchased. We will ONLY reship your returned to sender original package if received without damages. If we do not receive the package within 7 days of your event date a new order must be placed. A refund from the original purchase will be issued once we receive the original package. The refund will be minus a $25 charge for personalized non-refundable fee.

Damages or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damages, missing items or there is an issue with your delivery you must contact us within 5 days of when your package is marked Delivered. After 5 days there will be no replacements or refunds. Proof of damages is required for any replacements or refunds. Clear pictures of damaged products and box shipped must be received prior to any replacements or refunds being issued. If the label has an issue such as a typo, replacement labels will be sent to correct this issue ONLY. All packages are insured and a claim will be made filed. If the item is lost in transit a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. Please allow 48 hours for a response from the shipping carrier before a replacement is shipped.

Theft /Missing Package After Marked Delivered

We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered by UPS or the USPS. Replacement orders can be purchased with expedited shipping at your expense. We are not responsible for theft after a package has been delivered. If there has been an issue with your delivery you must contact us within 5 days of your package being marked delivered. A claim will be submitted to UPS or the USPS to attempt a resolution to the delivery issue. Monitoring of packages stops when your purchase is marked DELIVERED. Additional information may be required to file a claim for delivery issues. If you would like a signature confirmation for your package you may purchase this additional service with a small fee.

I Need to Cancel/Change My Order/Order Issue

PERSONALIZED or SHIPPED items CANNOT be RETURNED. Purchased Order Can Be Canceled within 48 hours of purchasing ONLY We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or quantity changes on purchased orders after 48 hours from date of purchase. Any changes made will include a restocking fee of $85. If an error is made on our part with your delivered order such as typo, ribbon or fabric is incorrect a replacement of the label, ribbon or fabric will be shipped ONLY. We DO NOT correct your misspelling of words and assume that is the way you want the label to read. Personalized Items CAN NOT be returned or refunded.

Do You Offer Discounts for Large Orders

We do offer discounts for larger orders and for Early Booking with our Pre-Order Deposit! Per jar discounts start at 75 jars and vary depending on the number of jars purchased. We do offer different sales each month for extra savings. Pre-Order Deposits offer our best discount for larger orders. Pre-Order Deposit is available up to 12 months prior to your special day and provides 25% OFF and FREE Mini Spreaders!
