❶ DESIGN PROCESS:

• We will write to you in Etsy messages or to your email (if you entered as a guest) within 24 hours after purchasing the listing (Monday to Friday) sending you the preliminary image of the design, with the information you left us in the purchase. (Text, color, photos etc)

▲ Please make sure to reply to messages ASAP to avoid delays in your order ▲


❷ FILE SENDING PROCESS:

• After your approval, we will send the high definition JPG and PDF files to your email with a list of stores where you can print your design.

• If you do not respond to our messages after 3 business days, we will send the HD files to the email provided by etsy and we will finalize the order.

The cost of this product corresponds to the time, effort and creativity used to create and customize your product.

It is very important to note that the Characters copyright restrictions only allow graphics to be used for one-time personal use, such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are having trouble with a photo lab refusing to print for you, try another local photo lab or print yourself at home. You are responsible for printing. Refunds will not be given for printing problems.

There will be no Fun Pick Store copyright release, so make sure the printing company you'll be using doesn't need any of this.
