If you purchase more than 4 mugs in one order, it could take us a couple of extra days to get your order ready for shipment. In order to streamline our process (and take it easy on the trees), we generally do not include packing slips in our packages.

Please include a picture of your item in your email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
