All jewellery is FINAL SALE. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on all pierced jewellery. The customer is responsible for ensuring the jewellery is the correct size for their piercing before purchasing.

Fitting Your Jewellery

Please fit your jewellery in a safe place. It is very easy to drop a part of your jewellery and loose it. Due to small balls and threaded tops, we strongly advise that you fit and remove your jewellery in an area where you can easily find it again if you accidentally drop it. If you struggle fitting jewellery, please consult your piercer. We are not responsible for carelessness!

Your order will be sent to the exact address provided by you at checkout. We are not responsible if this is not your current address or incorrect information, please double check this before ordering to avoid delay and confusion. You must notify us IMMEDIATELY after ordering to amend an address. If your postage label has already been printed the address can not be changed. We can not change the address once the parcel is in transit. If your item is returned to us because the address you provided was not correct, you will need to pay for the postage to resend the item.

Our dedicated team work hard to have your order packed and dispatched ASAP. Once we hand your parcel over to the post office it is then out of our control so we can not be held responsible for delayed parcels. We do our part and put our trust in the postal service to deliver all parcels safely and efficiently - but sometimes they do let us down. International post has to go through many processes, so we please ask for your patience whilst it is in transit. Please allow 30 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive and allow this time to pass before getting in touch. If you've chosen an upgraded tracked method, you will receive a tracking number which will keep you up to date whilst in transit.

Processing + Dispatch Time

Orders are processed, packaged and then dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase, followed by an update once your parcel has been dispatched. The processing time above is in addition to the following delivery times unless stated otherwise at checkout. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
