Can I return an order

Yes you can return any non customized item as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery. You have 30 days to return any non customized items which includes the 14 days, in this time frame. Unfortunately any customized/personalized item can not be returned. But please contact me if there is any issues with an item upon receiving

Can I cancel my order

IN STOCK: Any normal in stock order may be cancelled prior to the shipping of the order. Generally up to 24 hour of purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS: Any custom order can be cancelled up to the start of an order. (Usually within 12-24 hours). Once a custom order has been started an order may not be cancelled. Please contact me as soon as possible if you may need to cancel your order to see if there is anyway we can help you out

My order arrived damaged

We take every precaution we can to package your item for shipping. But we do understand once the item leaves our hands, it is out of our control. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me, so we can get the situation taken care of promptly

For the most part we are able to get our normal inventory out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Customized items can take up to a one (1) week lead time but in most cases are much sooner. Once your order is complete, and shipped, unfortunately delivery times are out of our hands. We are unable to provide you with any further details other than what is on your tracking.

Our Signs can also be customized with a business logo or design to really give it that personal touch. When choosing this option, please reach out to us so we can advise the best way to submit the logo to keep the highest image quality possible.

Our yard sign can be purchased on its own as either a single sided or double sided yard sign.

We also offer the mounting frame kit which includes the white mounting frame seen in the product photo (WILL SHIP UNPAINTED), and all included hardware for hanging.

Our kits are sold pre cut, pre drilled, and ready to be painted for easy assembly upon arrival to you. Wood used is non-pressure treated that way, the wood can be stained/painted as soon as it arrives.

Each sign can be finished with either a stained insert, which is pictured in the images or with a Distressed White insert which can also be observed in the product images. Either option can be selected in the drop down.

WHITE OPTION: Insert is painted white with black lettering

STAINED OPTION: Insert is stained like the product listing photo.

Each handmade yard sign is personalized with your family's last name initial, along with address, and year your home was purchased. The sign is lettered with an outdoor premium paint, then sealed with an outdoor sealant for protection.
