Does the EU Right of Withdrawal apply to digital goods?

Digital knitting patterns are EXEMPT from the EU Right of Withdrawal and therefore are non-returnable under said Right of Withdrawal.

What if I have a question about a pattern? Do you provide pattern support?

Absolutely! All of my patterns have been professionally tech edited and test knit to check for errors, but as we are all human and interpret things differently, I realize that sometimes there may be questions on a knitter's part or an error that has slipped through our careful checks. I am always happy to assist with any pattern that you experience confusion or difficulty with. I bought a pattern thinking it was a finished item and now I want to return it. Can I?

Items are CLEARLY marked that they are knitting patterns, NOT finished knitted items. Always read all listing descriptions before purchasing so you know what you are buying. If a file is marked as downloaded, I will not refund you for a "mistake" purchase. Please respect this policy and do not ask for a refund.

I emailed you and didn't receive a response. When should I expect one?

I make every effort to respond to your questions or concerns within a 24 hour time frame. Usually, it is much less depending upon when you contact me and when I check my email and convos. If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, it is likely that something went awry with your message and that I never received it. (I do check ALL my email folders.) If you have emailed me, please confirm that the email address you entered is correct. Better yet, use the Etsy convo system to contact me as there is not nearly the odds of a delivery failure using Etsy's internal communication system. Please feel free to send me another message if I haven't responded within that 24 hour window. I'm here to help, but I just need to know you need it!

I can't get the pattern to download. Can you email it to xyz@domain.com so I can download it?

FINGERLESS GLOVES KNITTING PATTERN PDF: Isabel fingerless gloves feature a delicate lace pattern that looks complicated, but is deceptively simple to execute. A shaped thumb gusset means that these gloves are made to fit the hand naturally and comfortably.

Isabel gloves are quick to knit and can be completed in an evening or two using less than a single 3.5 oz (100 gr) skein of worsted weight yarn. Our sample gloves used approximately 80 yds (73 m).

The pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit to reduce the potential for error. PATTERN IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH.

SIZE

One size - Women's Med to Lg (7-7.5" [17.8-19.1 cm ] palm circumference)

GAUGE

4.5 stitches and 6 rows = 1 inch in stockinette stitch, blocked

NEEDLES

US 8 - 5.0 mm double-pointed or circular
Or any size needed to obtain correct gauge.

YARDAGE

75 - 85 yards (69 - 78 m) worsted weight yarn

CONSTRUCTION

Gloves are knit in the round from the cuff up.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knitting in the round
Increase and decrease stitches - M1L, M1R, yo, k2tog, ssk
Twisted stitches - ktbl

INSTRUCTIONS

The pattern consists of a chart for the lace portion of the gloves as well as complete written row by row instructions. Knowledge of charts is not needed to work this pattern.

YARN NOTES

A worsted weight yarn with good stitch definition and little to no halo is recommended. Tonals will work, but highly variegated yarn may distract from the lace pattern.

I haven't actually tried this pattern yet but I did read through it. The pattern itself is pretty, and my daughter, the ultimate wearer, chose it because it I'd so attractive. The directions are clear and well written and I don't anticiipate anything but fun while knitting it.
