HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• Choose the number of pets and the portion of their body that you would like illustrating from the first dropdown menu.
• Select the product and size from the second dropdown menu.
• Choose a background colour and font style from our image listing, then input them into the personalisation box.
• Once you have purchased your portrait please send the photo of your pet via Etsy Message.

IMAGE GUIDELINE

• Natural lighting is important for accurate depiction of your pets features in the illustration. Please try to avoid the use of filters.
• Please make sure that your pet is looking directly at the camera and facing forward in the photo.
• Ensure that your pet is clearly visible in the photo and not covered by any objects.
• For optimal results, please use a high-resolution image taken directly from a phone or camera.

Please note: The image guidelines provided are intended to achieve the best possible result, we understand that obtaining a photo that meets all of these requirements may not always be possible, such as in the case of surprise gift or an old photo. In most cases we will still be able to use your photo, but we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order to confirm that it is suitable.

PROCESSING TIMES

• Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a digital preview.
• If you require any changes they will be completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the level of complexity.
• All physical portraits will be printed, packaged with care and expeditiously shipped within three working days.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Do all of the pets need to be in the same photo?
There is no requirement to have all of your pets in the same photo. You can send individual photos of them and we can bring them all together in your portrait.

• My portrait arrived damaged, what should I do?
We go through a rigorous quality assurance process prior to dispatching your order. If your portrait arrives damaged, please notify us at the earliest opportunity. You will need to take a picture of the damage, which we will then forward to the logistics company. Once you have sent us the photo, we will provide you with a replacement.

• What if I am not happy with the portrait?
We are committed to ensuring that your custom portrait exceeds your expectations. You will be able to view a preview and request edits. We won't send your portrait until you are completely satisfied with your portrait.

• Due to the bespoke nature of our products we cannot offer refunds. However, we will make any tweaks necessary to ensure your portrait exceeds your expectations.
• If you selected a digital download portrait you will not receive a physical portrait. Delivery will be via Google Drive and you will have to use your own method of printing.
