Is there a tracking number for my order?

For Canada: All orders are currently shipped by ChitChats for a flat fee with full tracking, regular lettermail is disabled due to the Canada Post strike as of September 25, 2025. For USA & International: For stickers, prints, and zines, they are shipped with regular lettermail by default which does not come with tracking but is a more affordable option. **Tracked shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.** For pins, patches, t-shirts, vests, socks, totes, or other accessories, they are automatically shipped with tracked shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped. Please note that we are unfortunately not in control of arrival times! Your order is coming from Canada. Regular shipping takes anywhere between 1-2 weeks within Canada and 1-3 weeks for US, and around 1 month or so for international orders. You will get a shipping confirmation email once it has been shipped.

My order did not arrive within the estimated timeframe and seems lost, what do I do?

Please send us a message if you still haven't received your order after a month from when it was shipped, and we will look into it! Please allow 1-3 days for a response. **PLEASE NOTE** that we are not responsible or in control of mail delivery, and packages unfortunately do get delayed or lost sometimes and it is out of our control. Please purchase shipping with tracking if you would like to be able to track your order. If your order was already sent to a wrong address that was given, you will have to place a new order with the new address.

The items I ordered were broken or was damaged in post, what do I do?

Please message us here about it ASAP and we will get a new one out to you! The post people can unfortunately be extra rough sometimes. It would be greatly appreciated to let us know so we have a chance to reship your order before leaving a review.

NOTICE - Lost mail & wrong addresses

Please ensure that you have the correct address given when placing your order. We've gotten plenty of orders with the wrong address in the past because Etsy automatically saves old addresses, so please double check you have the right one entered! If your order was already sent to a wrong address that was given, you will have to place a new order with the new address.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Unfortunately the option to add a gift note is disabled for now due to the overwhelming amount of orders and lack of capacity. If you added a gift message under the "notes" section in the orders unfortunately we will not be able to do the request either.
