1. Damaged Mug(s)
My mugs are packed securely to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes accidents occur. If your mug(s) does arrive broken, I will gladly replace it free of charge. Just forward me a photo of the broken mug.

2. Incorrect Mailing Address
If you provide an incorrect mailing address, the package will be returned to my fulfillment center.
Once the correct address is provided, you will be responsible for paying any costs related to reshipping the mug.

From time to time this may happen. Mugs are broken during transit. They are ceramic and if someone doesn't take good care of the package it can be broken. I have no problem sending you out one as a replacement if this happens. Please just send me a photo with the broken mug along with your order details. I'll get you a new one out!
