Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible. There's a 6-12 hour window to make changes or cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

All of our items are made-to-order, so we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

What if my item(s) arrived damaged or misprinted?

If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective or misprinted please do not hesitate to send us a photo and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I ordered more than one item, but only one was delivered. Where is the rest of my order?

We use a few different production partners and print providers. If you order more than one item, they may ship separately since they are coming from more than one location. Please do not hesitate to request the shipping info for additional parcels.

As previously mentioned, we use a few different production partners and print providers. Each item has it's own shipping rate because they are coming from more than one location.

Can you do custom orders with my own chinchilla or pet photos?

Due to the amount of time it takes to create each graphic and image quality requirements, we currently do not offer custom pet graphics. This may change in the future.

Care Instructions: Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
