How long will it take to make and ship my order?

Fabric usually ships within 1-2 business days. Badge Reels & Lanyard usually ship within 3 business days. Planner clips usually ship within 3 business days. Uncut felties usually ship within 1-5 business days. Cut felties ship within 3-5 business days. We make daily trips to the USPS Monday - Friday.

IF I place two separate orders will you combine them?

YES, You must let me know that you have placed two different orders. Please include the order number of both orders. That way I can combine them and ship it all together. I ship daily, so the sooner I know, the better chance I have of catching them in time.

I didn't order the correct item/I don't need this anymore/This took too long to arrive. Can I return it?

Fabric and vinyl can be returned if they are in their original, uncut, unwashed condition. Felties and badge reels can be returned in unused condition. Custom orders (monograms/names) are not returnable. A full refund will be given of the purchase price.
