Can I change my address on an already placed order or cancel it fully?

Most items, no. I use professional on demand printers for the majority of the items I offer, and they have specific rules that I must adhere to. This includes the inability to cancel / make changes to orders already in the system. Completing your purchase from me means you agree to this policy. The information is available in each listing description, as well as here in the FAQ and is confirmed in the email you receive upon making your purchase. Please ensure all addresses and other information are correct before hitting the submit button. If your item is returned to sender and it was sent to the address given on the order, you will need to pay to have it reshipped to you or the package will be considered abandoned.

What's the difference between Photo Paper, Watercolor Paper and Canvas prints?

𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 is glossy and smooth. They are printed on heavy photo paper and have a gloss sheen. They need to be framed. 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 is lightly textured with a matte finish. The texture is the paper only - it's the same paper artists use to paint watercolor paintings on! They need to be framed. 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐕𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒 are ready to hang, stretched around bars and mounted. The canvas wraps around the sides of the bars and the image continues on the sides so there is no need to frame unless you want to. All are saturated in gorgeous color - it just depends on your personal preferences!

What happens if my package goes missing?

Can I return my purchase?

I do not accept returns. If an item is damaged or incorrect, I require clear photographic proof of what was received showing the incorrect print on the item or damage within 30 days of purchase and a new item will be sent or full refund issued. Please read below!

My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered. What do I do?

Please contact me within 10 days of receipt and take pictures of what you received as well as the packaging in the case of a damaged product. Please send those along in a message here or an email to sagittariusgallery@gmail.com with your order number. Pictures are always required as proof, no exceptions. A new package will be sent asap to replace the damaged / incorrect one. I never ask for an item that was damaged or incorrect to be returned. Discard of the item as you see fit after pictures have been taken and we've spoken. If it is an original painting that was damaged, I can not send a new one - a refund will be remitted. But I will need all images of packaging to file an insurance claim.

I ordered several items from you - the package only had part of it, but tracking says everything was delivered. Help!

As noted in my shop, I use several different printers for my products to offer the best item I can within each product line. This means many orders with multiple items from my shop will be shipped separately. Unfortunately, Etsy does not allow for more than one tracking number on an order - so when one of my printers is the first to ship an item in an order with multiple items ordered from a single shop, that tracking number is assigned to the entire order. This is a known issue and Etsy has yet to fix it - even though the site has been around since 2005. Rest assured, you will receive the rest of your order. Please look at processing times for each item to know how long it will be before each item in an order will ship. Thanks!

I am an international customer...will you ship to me?

My item says it was delivered but I didn't receive it. What now?

Please look at your order to see if the address you used on the order is the address you intended to have the item sent to. If it is, please look that the tracking number and see where there item states it was delivered (porch, mailbox, etc.) Please speak to neighbors as your item may have been delivered to their house. If you live in an apartment building, you really need to knock on doors because it is with 99% frequency that missing packages at apartment buildings were just delivered to the wrong box. Speak to your postal carrier as they would be the only person who can say for sure where a package was left. Contact Etsy and open a case to take advantage of Purchase Protection for a full refund.

Why does it say you are in San Antonio but tracking comes from elsewhere?

My home studio is in San Antonio, TX and that is where original paintings will ship from. All other orders ship from the various printers I have partnered with to offer the best selection of the highest quality printed products across the country (and even the world!) Please see the shipping location in each description for the most accurate location of where your purchase will ship from. These trusted partners have demonstrated a commitment to quality products and service time and again and if it were not for them, I would not be able to offer the extensive product lines I do!

If an order has not arrived after 25 business days (business days do not include holidays or weekends) please reach out immediately and a new package or full refund will be issued, whichever you prefer. If an order states it was delivered successfully to the address provided on the order, you will need to speak to your carrier about the location of the package. I do not replace packages or refund where tracking states a package has been successfully delivered. In the case of a damaged item, please message me or email sagittariusgallery [!at] gmail.com with the order number and pictures of the damaged item with your preference of a new package being sent or refund issued and I will get it rectified asap. I never ask for a damaged item to be returned - discard the item as you see fit.

.: What if I provided the wrong address?
It's up top you to ensure the address on the order is the address you want your package sent to. Etsy sellers need to ship to the address provided on the order. Please be aware that if a product has already gone into production with my printers, I am unable to make changes or cancellations to orders. If an item is returned to seller due to an error in the address that you made, you will need to have bear the cost of reshipping it to you.

.: A NOTE ABOUT TRACKING NUMBERS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES - Please note if you purchase more than one item from my shop, you will likely receive more than one package. I am partnered with several different printers to offer the best products possible within the product lines I offer and that differs from printer to printer. You may receive only one tracking number for your multiple item purchase - this is because when an item ships, Etsy automatically assigns that tracking number to every item in the order (provided the items were all purchased from the same shop.)
