Our handmade truffles in bite size! Our colorful truffles are hand painted with colored tempered cocoa butter. Our truffles are a 9 step process to produce our very best seller here online and in our physical store. Our truffles are NOT VEGAN. All our truffles are gluten free EXCEPT PB. We have labels for Valentine's Day, Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Kwanza, and Feliz Navidad, Ger Well, Happy Mothers Day. BE SURE TO LEAVE WHICH LABEL YOU WANT BY INDICATING THE NUMBER IN THE NOTE TO SELLER BOX. If one is not chosen, we will use an Aldermans Label.

Due to the volume of truffle orders we are blessed with, we simply cannot allow customers to pick and choose each flavor for their box. However, if there are flavors that you absolutely do not enjoy, OR ARE ALLERGIC TO please leave us a note with your order and we will omit those flavors. Thank you for your understanding!

***Proper storage of your chocolate is NOT in your refrigerator or freezer. Chocolate acts like a sponge and will soak up all the flavors and odors in your fridge or freezer. Leave in a cool, dry place, out of the sun and your chocolate will taste wonderful!!

*If you live in climates over 65 degrees, your chocolate will melt without a cold pack. I can be found in our listings. We cannot be held responsible for melted products if you chose to not purchase any cold packs.

*With warm weather we will ship Monday - Wednesday unless you put in a special request for Thursday/Friday shipping (please message us or leave request in comment section). Our goal is to make sure that no chocolate is sitting in a hot warehouse waiting for delivery.

***Please be advised that our products are made in a facility where Milk, Dairy, Soy, Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts and Tree Nuts are used. We take every precaution to eliminate any contamination for those who have allergies but we cannot guarantee this 100%. If you have an allergy, please indulge with caution. Enjoy!!

We happily accept custom and personalized orders within limits. We unfortunately do not have the time to wrap 1 candy bar in a certain color, unless you are requesting a large amount. We do wedding, birthday, baby, anniversary, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and any other special event you want to commemorate. We encourage that you reach out to us with any questions!!

If you live in a warmer climate, you do run the risk that your chocolate will melt. We have ice packs available for purchase. We would love to be able to include that in our pricing, however we charge exactly what we pay for them, $1.50. Add one to each item purchased and that would surely put us out of business fast! During the winter, or colder seasons, if the temperature in your area is below 75, you will not need an ice pack.

We will only accept returns on items that we make an error on with shipping. For instance, if you ordered 5 bags of milk chocolate pretzels, and we accidentally ship you dark chocolate, we will pay for the return of the product. If you order 5 bags of dark and you meant to buy milk, if you want to exchange, it would be at your costs. In both situations, the products need to return to us sealed! In the exact shape that we sent them to you. If products are opened, than we are sorry, we cannot accept a return or an exchange. This is for food safety guidelines.
