☆ ★ THINGS TO REMEMBER ☆ ★

1. We can add additional text to logos or artwork. Clipart and images are almost always provided by the customer. We can help find elements when absolutely necessary, but it will be primarily your responsibility to provide us with the images you want to use for the order.

2. Black and white line drawings make the best stamps. Colored images copied off a thumbnail or screenshot make poor stamps.

3. If we send you a proof for approval, you will have 7 days to make any changes. If we do not hear from you, we will ship the order as is or cancel the order altogether, using our discretion.

4. We are rarely able to respond to requests on weekends and holidays.

5. If you are not satisfied with your stamp, you can mail it back to us for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days.

☆ ★ SENDING ART ☆ ★

DO NOT SEND WEBP FILES AS THEY ARE LOW QUALITY AND HAVE TO BE CONVERTED SEVERAL TIMES

Vector files such as SVG and PDF’s (saved properly from a design program) will produce the best results. Color images will be turned black and white, so please consider that when you have multiple colors in your images. Will it still look right to you if it was turned black and white?

JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, and other image files can work fine if saved properly but are not preferred. The image must be in black and white or grayscale, have at least 300 dpi and be at least 10 inches to work without issues. These images are designed to be displayed on internet connected devices. They can be low quality and look fine on your phone or computer but will turn out fuzzy and will be hard to create a crisp image if used for production.

Do not send Word Documents, screenshots taken from your phone, or a thumbnail off the internet as they just do not work well at all.

☆ ★ DESIGNING IN CANVA ☆ ★

If you are working in Canva, it is best to save your design as a high-resolution image and not a JPG or other image file. Designs should be in black with a white background for best results. Sending designs with colored text and backgrounds may make a poor-quality stamp.

To save a Canva image as a high-resolution PDF, follow these steps below.

Step 1: Click on the “Download” tab on the Canva toolbar above the template.

Step 2: In the “File type,” choose the “PDF Print” tab to ensure that the image you’re downloading has a DPI of 300 (standard resolution for high-quality pictures).

Step 3: Once done, tap the purple “Download” button and wait for the process to be finished.

You can then attach the design to an Etsy message or use it for any other needs when an SVG or other file type is prohibitive.
