When will be shipping my order?

After confirming the payment of your order, I will send the ordered products to the address you specify: 1-3 business days - prints on paper 1-3 business days - canvas prints The days shown are technically necessary time to prepare, pack and send your order. I do my best to send orders as soon as possible after ordering.

When my order will be delivered?

Estimated shipping times: United States, Canada: 3-6 days Europe: 3-6 days Australia: 3-6 days The estimated delivery dates are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. For high volumes, complex formats, certain countries, or special circumstances delivery times might vary. I'm not responsible if there is a delay due to customs, bad weather, strikes, delay due to the busy season during Black Friday, Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, or National or Local Holidays.

Can I ask for a Fast shipping method?

Yes, of course. Please contact me before ordering and we will specify all the details of the express delivery.

How was sent my package and how can I get it?

All Posters, Framed Posters, and Canvas are printed and shipped from our production partner nearest to your location. Because our products are made locally, waste, transportation distances, and carbon emissions are slashed. Shipments are sent with a tracking number. If the postal officer does not find you at your address, maybe he will leave a note for you and you will need to visit your post office. If within a few days, you do not take it, it will be returned to me. Responsibility for the unclaimed package will be entirely yours. Re-delivery is at the expense of the buyer. If you prefer a refund when it returns to me in the original good condition, I will refund the cost of your order but without the original shipping cost.

Can I change my shipping address?

This is possible if you contact me as soon as possible. Only if your order has not yet been shipped will I be able to change the shipping address if for some reason this is necessary. If it was sent, it is impossible for me to make this or other changes. If you have provided the wrong, incomplete, unavailable, or invalid shipping address, I am not responsible for this.

Do you accept returns and cancellations:

CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you, personalized items (with text, changing colors, etc.) are not refundable. They are considered final. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the goods do not return to their original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. I'm sending orders with tracking, you also have to send it back with tracking. Contact me after return and send me a tracking number. When it returns to me in the original good condition, I will refund the cost of your order but without the original shipping cost.

Damaged during transport. What to do?

Please contact me within 48 hours after delivery. Items damaged during transport are available for refund or re-delivery upon receipt of a photo/s showing damages on the package and the item/s, a stamp on the package "Damaged during transport" or a copy of the document for transport damage must be from the postal office provider. The photos have to show your address on the package and the tracking number. Requests of refund sent later than 48 hours after delivery and without photo/s of the damaged items and packaging, without proof from your post office, will not be processed.

The tracking page says “Delivered” but my package is missing, what can I do?

If the tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please, check with the neighbors or around your home. If you don't find it, contact to your local post office, and ask them about your parcel. If the tracking says that the package was “Delivered”, that is valid proof that the package has indeed arrived and was delivered. In such a situation, I cannot send a new item.

Are framed the art prints?

For paper prints, you have the option of choosing an unframed print on paper only or framed. Please select your preference from the drop-down menu in the listing. The frames are wooden, with color options - white, black, and natural.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Delivery to PO boxes is only offered in the United States. This option is available for orders shipped with FedEx Smartpost, USPS and UPS Mail Innovations. Note: Even though delivery to PO boxes is supported, we encourage you to place orders to home/business addresses.
