Shipping delay refunds

We are not in control of shipping delays by the delivery provider after we dispatch a package. Therefore, shipping delays and late deliveries will not be considered for refund or partial refund. Incorrect Address Submitted

If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched.
