We require all damage to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please keep all packaging and contact us for further steps. You will need to provide pictures of the damage, box, and packing materials and you will need to keep everything for claim processing. If you contact us outside of the 24 hour timeframe, you will be directed to contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Can I personalize a sign? Can I make changed to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, we would be happy to customize a sign for you. Custom Design Fees will apply and are calculated based on the extra lettering and design. Please contact us for more information. We are not able to make changes to an order after it has gone into production. Please make sure to check spelling and dates on your personalized items to ensure that you are entering the correct information.

Can our wedding sign be used as a guestbook for signatures? Where can I get an easel?

Yes! We recommend using a sharpie pen or the oil-based sharpie paint pens. My easel was purchased at a local home goods store several years ago. I have found similar ones on Amazon or Wayfair if you search under metal or iron floor easel or stand. You will want one that is at least 50 inches in height and one that can hold up to 15 lbs.

Can I cancel my order and/or can I get my item faster?

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchasing. If the order is already in production and you still would like to cancel, there will be a fee. If you need to receive your item faster you can upgrade your order to a rush order for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing for rush order approval and you will be sent a rush order fee link to add.

Will I receive a proof?

Proofs are available by request only (eligible on signs). Once you have received your proof you will have 24 hours to reply with any change suggestions. If we do not receive a reply, we will proceed with your order assuming that the design is approved. Proofs are a black and white digital rendering of the design of your sign.

Unfortunately free shipping does not apply to your area. If you purchase, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost associated with sending a sign to your address. (Sign purchases only)

All signs are made of different pieces of natural wood and will contain slight variations in color due to stain saturation, knots, wood grain, small imperfections, etc. Knots and wood imperfections will be present on your board and we cannot control where they will be in relation to the design. Due to the hand-crafted nature of the signs we make, no two signs will look the same.

Lost Item/Insufficient Address

We are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it or cannot locate it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in opening a claim. If your item is returned for an insufficient address, you are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to re-ship your items to the correct address.
