💧 Is this fabric truly waterproof?
Our fabrics have a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment — water beads up and rolls off the surface beautifully. This makes them perfect for:
✅ Raincoats & jackets
✅ Dog coats & pet accessories
✅ Outdoor cushions & furniture covers
✅ Bags & accessories
✅ Changing robes & ponchos

They are not designed for:
❌ Full submersion or sustained water pressure
❌ Dry bags (waterproof from inside out)
❌ Harsh chemical contact

Think of it like a good quality raincoat — excellent in rain and splashes, but not for diving in!

🧵 What is this fabric like to sew?
Our softshell/canvas is easy to sew with a standard machine using a ballpoint or universal needle. It does not fray, so seam finishing is optional. It has a slight stiffness when new, which softens with washing.

🫧 How do I care for this fabric?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry. Ironing is not recommended — if needed, use a cool iron on the reverse side with a pressing cloth.

🧥 OPTION 1: SOFTSHELL (Apparel & Warmth)
The ultimate choice for outdoor clothing. Smooth waterproof face on the outside, cozy fleece on the inside.
Best For: Raincoats, hoodies, softshell jackets, warm dog coats, winter trousers.
Structure: 3-layer bonded fabric. Durable outer shell + breathable membrane + warm microfleece backing (White).

Weight: 300gsm (Heavyweight & Warm).

🎒 OPTION 2: WATERPROOF OXFORD (Gear & Decor)
A tough, hard-wearing canvas for heavy-duty projects. Not suitable for clothing worn directly against the skin (no fleece backing).

Best For: Backpacks, tote bags, outdoor cushions, garden furniture covers, pencil cases, heavy-duty aprons.

Structure: 600D Polyester.
Weight: ~200gsm (Medium/Heavy Duty).
Width: Approx. 157cm (61").
Features: Water-repellent (DWR) surface, wipe-clean, highly durable, tear-resistant.

⏱️ How long does production take?
All our fabrics are printed to order — just for you! Production takes 2–4 weeks, after which your order ships straight away. Please keep this in mind if you have a deadline, and feel free to message us before ordering!

📐 How much should I order?
Our fabric is cut to order and sold in 50 cm (19.7") increments. The width of the roll is always 157 cm (61") and cannot be changed. Multiple units will be sent as one continuous piece.

• 1 unit = 50 cm long × 157 cm wide (19.7" × 61" / approx. 0.55 yards)
• 2 units = 1 meter long × 157 cm wide (39.4" × 61" / approx. 1.1 yards)
• 4 units = 2 meters long × 157 cm wide (78.7" × 61" / approx. 2.2 yards)

🚚 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country — typically 5–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

✂️ Can I order a continuous piece?
Yes — simply increase the quantity and your fabric will arrive as one continuous length. For example, ordering 4 units gives you 2 metres in a single piece.

🔄 Can I cancel or return my order?
As every piece is printed specially for you, we can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of ordering. We are unable to accept returns on custom-printed fabric unless there is a fault with the print. If you have any concerns, please message us and we'll do our best to help!
